LCDR Chris McMunn from the academy posted on the USCGA '12 facebook page yesterday (June 12th)

"Your mailbox numbers, Swab Summer company assignments, and reporting times will be distributed tomorrow via e-mail."

Baw how come I didn't see this? Thanks for the heads up! Also, which USCGA '12 page? There's two groups, or do you mean the network page or something different? Regardless, thanks a ton!

it's been too long to edit my post so I'll make a new one

There's a way to find out on cga.edu. Go into your personalized page, click "Downloads" and there's a link to a PDF of our entire class' assignments and mailbox numbers. It's arranged by our cadet ID number though, not our names. You can find it on your R-day parking pass. It's 5 digits.

I'm in Echo Company.

Company Assignments

Son is Bravo! I seem to recall seeing a schedule of which companys will be at flag ceremony and which will be on Eagle. Another list for what the respective companys are in charge of. Can anyone remind me where these lists are? Thanks.

Alpha Bravo and Charlie are usually the first to go out on Eagle...should be the same this year. I will try to post the list of company duties...I have put it up here before. Good luck to all.

They're on the Parents Association web page.

USCGA Parents Association FAQ - I've heard that each of the Companies have specific assignments/responsibilities, what are they?

Mail

On the parents page under FAQ ,the directions for addressing mail differ from the directions provided in the parent handbook. Anyone know which one is correct? Thanks.

AD this is the format:

Cadet John Doe
7790 Chase Hall
USCGA
New London, CT 06320

You use the same number(box not room) for the whole four years.
