Okay, so I overnighted all of the supplemental forms (Transcripts, Math Eval, English Eval, Coach Eval, and PFE) on Thursday, meaning everything was going to be get there at 12 noon yesterday. Does the CGA send out confirmations that they received my application or do I just believe that it got there?

You should receive a letter when your record is forwarded to the Cadet Candidate Evaluation Board for review...you can also always check with your Admissions Officer if the Lack List doesn't look right.
