^ I'm not sure, but I know that will be indicated on my transcript automatically because that's how the transcripts in my county are set-up...

Wait, so I'm confused. Does this count as something I should notify the colleges I've applied to about? Sorry if this has been asked before. I just want to double check before shooting them emails.

Well, granted only about 2.5% of applicants get to the semi finalist stage get through, it's seen as pretty prestigious!
