I can't say as I really know the answer to your question, but online it says this:
Upon completion of CHIN 202, the Chinese concentration requires a minimum of eight courses from the following four groups:
1. CHIN 303, 304, 405, and 406 (language and literature courses).....
Some of the 300 level courses which are readings in Chinese Literature could I suppose be readings in English, but Chin 405 "Reading Chinese Newspapers" seems like it would have to be a Chinese language course.
Remember too that there are the overseas semester(s) in China.
And of course, the same would apply to Japanese & Russian. If it's critical to you, contact the department
