I don't think my son took any placement tests. He was told what level math he could sign up for based on his AP score, but I don't remember any other test. Maybe there's tests for language? You could email Dean Low (the freshman dean) and ask her about placement tests.

I know my roommate passed out of Intro to Econ and started right with Micro. I think he took Econ in hs, not sure if he had taken the AP test or not, although I don't think so. Basically, a 4 or 5 on the AP Calc AB passes out of Calc I and starts in Calc II and a 4 or 5 on the AP Calc BC passes out of Calc I & II and starts with Calc III.
