Do I have any chance?

Im a rising senior and having been looking at the patriot league schools (Bucknell, Lafeyette, Colgate). What chances do I have of getting into these, regular or ED?
gpa: 3.42 (including a 3.6 this year, and a 3.5 sophomore year)
I am taking all Honors and AP classes next year, but did not take many freshman and sophomore year.
ACT: 29
SAT:1310 (680 Math, 630 Verbal)
(am taking both of these again)
Captain of Cross Country team
Captain of Track team
(Planning to run in college)
Editor-in-chief of school newspaper
Asistant teacher at Sunday School
Peer Leader

Thanks

GPA w/o the context of a class rank isn't too useful. I would def take SAT again. If you're good enough to run track in the Patriot League, those scores would be high enough if the coach is willing to vouch for you. Lafayette would be the easiest (admit rate 36%, avg SAT 1285), then Bucknell (admit rate 34%, avg SAT 1310), then Colgate (admit rate 27%, avg SAT 1350),

No ranking

I am in the 2nd quintile. My school does not rank though. I go to a difficult private school in Georgia (the public school system is dead last in the country), and 100% get in to 4 year colleges and universities.
