are the science labs hard and stressful? the lab itself, and the write up report that is.

i had terrible high school facilities and never did labs dealing with acids, bunsen burners so i dont want to go in to colgate and be the idiot who doesnt know anything about this...do u have a partner?

Chem 101, 102 labs weren't that hard and stressful and it was relatively easy to follow the procedure and get out of there in the four hour alloted time. You don't have a partner, but work in close proximity to others if you have any questions and the TAs are pretty helpful. By orgo, the labs were on average a couple hours longer and much more stressful because it was more difficult to figure out what to do and you really needed the TA and lab instructor's help. However, this is coming from someone whose science career ended after orgo, so maybe you won't find it so bad.
