ED Notification

Colgate says "mid December." Anyone have any experience with when these arrive? Any other Colgate ED statistics, trivia, rumors or legends?

Colgate sends letters via U.S. mail. My son received his letter on December 15 two years ago.

Colgate loves ED - a large % of the class is admitted ED. It's a nice thing to go to a school that was the first choice of such a large % of the student body.

She actually received the letter on the 15th (in New England)...I do not recall the actual letter date. It was in an 8" x 11" envelope with additional materials and maybe a calendar if I remember correctly. Best of luck- she absolutely LOVES Colgate! I also second CollegeBound50's comment regarding ED at Colgate.

Yup, I think the letter came with a calendar and a huge Colgate sticker for the car, and a great personal p.s. from Gary Ross (he writes one on every ED acceptance letter). Two years ago someone in Hamilton posted on CC that the letters were mailed on 12/13 so we knew it would be here by the 15th.

Best of luck SJTH!
