how are 650s in subject tests going to hurt me?

I am a Chinese Canadian student studying in Asia for the past 6 years, now in Shanghai, china
my SAT II scores are all around 650 for US His, math IIc and lit.
my SAT I score: 1490/1600 or 2190/2400 verbal: 750 math: 740 writing: 700

It won't hurt you at all. Colgate does not look at SAT 2 scores. If they did, I most certainly would have been rejected (I'm a freshman at CU). I got mid 600's on all my subject tests.
