chances

Your SATs are a bit low but DEF. in range. Your GPA and class rank are awesome. I would say great chance E/D and decent chance even R/D.
(match, E/D), (high match R/D).

I would say your chances are better than just decent. Your ECs are above average, you can't have a class rank higher than 1 and half way through your junior year your SATs are already 1350, which is right at the Colgate avg. I think if you can get the SATs to a 1400+ range, you should be in very good shape.

The avg for accepted students for 2010 was 1385 (and was actually 1391 for 2009), but the avg for enrolled students for 2009 was 1347. I don't think a 2010 enrolled number has been published yet. What gives you the impression the SAT will rise by that much in one year after it was down a little bit at most schools last year?

oh i got confused by colgates 2010 page- the reason i think it could go up is for superficial reasons, such as colgate being named a "new ivy" and attracting perhaps more people
