No. I think the only reason that we got letters is because those of us that did all were accepted ED. The letters were specifically tailored to someone that has already been formally accepted and has put down their deposit. Compounding the issue, it is highly unrealistic that the admissions staff has already decided on who they are accepting RD. That isn't at all feasible.
