chances for ed?

I want to double major in biology and english (w/ creative writing concentration). But I got a 90 and 92 in the classes respectively so should I apply as undecided?

Somewhat competitive public high school in NY
korean, female
GPA: 3.5-3.6

SAT: 2160…720 each section (retaking in november; trying to get 2200)

SATII: 700 math 1c
780 US hist
720 biology (taking math IIc and bio in october expecting both over 750)

APS: 5 Bio
5 Eng lit and comp
5 US hist
4 European hist

EXTRAS: President for school literary magazine and have some poetry published outside school
Writer for school newspaper (but no position)
Varsity golf and Band all four years
Tutor a lot, interned at Congressman’s office, currently working at a lab for intel project

Chances?
other colleges:
Wellesley 1st choice
Smith, Boston College, Brandeis
