Am I too late?

Okay, so a few weeks ago, I checked the status of my application using the MyColgate web portal. It said that my 2nd teacher recommendation was missing. I had her send it two more times after that (and the website still reported it as missing). I called the admissions office yesterday to see if anything could be done about this, so they said to fax it. I had my teacher fax it today (because she hasn't been here for the last few weeks). Do you think Colgate already made their admission decisions, or do I still have a chance?

I just sent them an update of some awards I've won recently, and I was assured that it would be placed with my application and considered. So basically don't worry, I think they may still have room to make decisions. Btw the dean of admissions who i emailed told me that letters would be sent on the 25th.
