I don't think they will send you an email, I get the impression that the Dean of Admissions likes to take a personal approach and notify everyone by mail. In a way, it is a good approach thus making applicants feel that each one was personally handled and no matter what the desion is, the Dean reviewed each and every application. (That is just my opinion from a father of a current applicant) It think it gives weight to those that are accepted and respect to those that are reject.
Maybe you should have someone pick up your mail.
