Mid Year Report

Is it possible for the midyear report to really affect whether you get accepted or not by a great amount? This marking period I did not do anywhere NEAR how I've done the past few years. I have maybe 2 Cs, a handful of Bs and a handful of As. It's kind of pathetic.

The fact that I really want to go to Colgate makes me feel worse because they are that selective and I'm really worried. I mean I did great the first marking period...but the second I just like wow.

Would it really affect me? I don't think I'm that borderline. I have a 32 ACT, some ECs I truly dedicate my time to...great essays in my opinion at least haha, etc. I'm not BORDERLINE borderline if you know what I mean, but like I have a feeling this midyear is going to make me very borderline..

Can anyone support my already existing fears or possibly ease them?
