I'll give just a brief list of features.

3.8/4 gpa
2050 SAT (700cr, 700m, 650w), rettok waiting for scores
Great rec's and essay including a rec from Colonel and Dean of a college
All honors or higher classes
Worked 40hrs+/wk
100hrs community service

they don't look at writing, so you're in the top part of both sections. I think your GPA is standard Colgate material. you should also include your race, gender, prospective major, class rank, ECs, etc. to get a better idea.
