Waitlisted, feeling pretty good about it, because that was by far my worst application and I got rejected from NW and USC after writing excellent apps for them. |

Southwest Florida. My son was accepted on Saturday I love the personal note from Gary Ross. It made all the hard work my son put into his application worth it.

GossipGirl17:
I was rejected from Colgate, Vanderbilt, and Holy Cross. Waitlisted at Washington and Lee.
Today will be another catastrophic day.

Funny year at Colgate - I was waitlisted but got accepted at Uva and Vanderbilt - Also waitlisted at JHU, Emory, Rice, UNC. I think they were able to see into my application and know that I don't like the cold weather. Great school - congrats to all of you going!

Thanks, mattydrin, for your kind words. At least their letter was written as nicely as a person could possibly write a rejection. In fact, his letter was kinder than the rejection form-letter I got from Dartmouth, and my sister just graduated from Dartmouth in June.

Agreed swissmiss3. Dartmouth was pretty much "move on, you're out."
