now what do i do?

okay, so i'm in to colgate...its already been long decided i am going to colgate in the fall. i have mailed in my deposit weeks ago, and done all that but now i'm wondering what i do next. any incoming freshmen feeling the same way? i feel like i should be filling out forms or doing something online, but no i'm not. am i missing out on something important i should be doing, like filling out housing and roommate stuff?

maybe i'm just being paranoid and thinking i ought to, or otherwise i won't have a place to live next year...

They're just getting in all the deposits (still, probably, from international students at least) and haven't even notified anyone off the wait list, so it's a bit early to fill those out when the class isn't even complete yet! You should get paperwork to choose housing and classes in early June, I believe.

The forms will arrive soon enough. As for your general question:

>> am i missing out on something important i should be doing

...the answer is YES, enjoy your final days of high school. Take this opportunity to reach out to friends, acquaintances, teachers, etc. Cherish this time. Do the prom, take a trip, make the most of every moment. Life starts moving like a runaway train soon enough.

Agreed! Make the most of your last days in high school! I think I did- once the APs were over. I wanted to end it all on a good note- enjoyed my prom, a senior class trip to a Six Flags park, etc. Planning for my graduation party as well!

Forms will start coming in sometimes in June or July

I just got my housing forms yesterday, and I am an international student. So yours will probably arrive soon

Well you don't really have a lot of paperwork after you are accepted. I remmeber filling out insurance stuff and housing. I don't think I had to fill anything else.

PrincessCherry: Where are you from?
