Well, it is really hard to chance an international with financial aid requirement. The admission process becomes all the more random in such cases. (I too was in your position last year

You seem to have a very good shot academically, your SAT subject scores are good enough (Well above average.) Though you should improve a bit on SAT 1.
Try to present your extra curriculars in a good light, like by showing how dedicated you were to them, and above all get stellar recommendations from teachers who know you well.
All this said, I would recommend you apply to a lot of colleges that offer your interests and financial aid, and hope some love you enough to shell out the money. (I did the same), You can research your colleges from this link :
