hey guys. i applied to penn state and now, on my application status, it reads "Congratulations, you have been approved for admission to Penn State. Formal offers of admission will be issued in mid-October and at that time an offer of admission will be posted here."

so does that mean i got accepted? i asked them that question and they were like they havnt made any decisions yet and that they will make decisions in the week of october 17. ?????***? this is really confusing.
