What are my chances?

Hi CCers! I'd appreciate if you could take a look below at my stats/ec and give any input you may have of my chances of getting into some top engineering schools (ex: MIT, CMU, Georgia Tech, etc). I'd also appreciate any advice on other possible engineering schools I could apply to and any other ways in which I could make myself stand out to admissions officers. Thank You!

ACT: 34 (composite) - Math=36 English=36 Reading=32 Science=31
SAT Math II: 800
will take 1 or 2 more subject tests (most likely chem&bio)
GPA: 3.94 (out of 4.0)

Extra-Curriculars:
Varsity Tennis (4yrs) - Captain
Health Careers Club (4yrs) - Treasurer
Inspire to Act (3yrs) - Chairperson of Events&Publicity
Student Government Organization (1yr) - Class Representative
National Honors Society
Key Club (4yrs) - Publicity Committee
Peer Leadership (part of a group of a few select students)
P.U.S.H. Club
Robotics (1yr) - team won 1st place in states and went to nationals the year i was a part of robotics. team later won world championship the year after (but i wasn't part of the team then

Summer Engineering Internship at Princeton - working to build a differential analyzer out of K'nex (which was first created at MIT by Vaneevar Bush)

Awards:
Presidential Volunteer Service Award
Recognition of Service Award from NJ Assemblywoman Linda Greenstein

You test scores, grades, and extra-curriculars are great! CMU is most likely a safety for you. Georgia tech should be a safety too (52% acceptance, but I've heard it's kind of self-selective). MIT is a reach for anyone, but it sounds like you at least have a good shot. Some other good tech institutes are Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and RPI. Caltech is another reach school and you could also consider Harvey Mudd. There are also lots of schools that are strong in engineering and techie things but aren't necessarily tech schools like UC Berkeley, Stanford, UMichigan, UT, Purdue... etc.
