chances of getting into a decent college

firstly i would like to confess that i haven't been the best student and i have potential to do a lot better than i have in the past. in freshman year i had a weighted gpa of 3.260 i thought this was an okay gpa because it is basically almost a B+ but then i did some research and soon learned that is a really crappy gpa and then sophomore year came by and i started to work harder and i ended the year with a gpa of 3.58 (weighted) and the combined is a 3.4. So now Im a rising junior in difficult classes im taking 4 aps (calc BC, Lang, ap u.s., pshycology) no if i work hard enough and get all As next year i could have a gpa of 4.5ish so would i still have a shot at W&M (reach),Uva (bigger reach), VA tech, George Mason, Unc, NYU.

P.S. Please be as brutally honest as possible.
