I have a cumulative GPA of 3.7 weighted and about a 3.0 unweighted. If it helps, I attend Troy High, which is known for being academically rigorous. Moving on, I scored a 2230 single and 2250 composite on the SAT (out of 2400). I have taken 2 SAT2 subject tests which I have received scores above 700 on both (out of 800). I have passed all my AP tests with a score of 3 or higher.
I have been in my school's student government for two years now. I have also set up a club at school to support the war against malaria in Africa. I have been on the swim team for two years and the baseball team for two years as well. I've also played baseball in a recreational league for all four years of high school. I volunteer at a handicapped home for all four years and have accumulated over 250 hours at that establishment. Also, I have interned at a Veterinary Hospital over the summer for 150 hours. I am also playing an active role in an organization called CASC (California Association of Student Councils). It is a completely student run organization that promotes youth empowerment. I attended the program twice as a delegate and recently trained over the summer to go as a counselor my third time. I also won third place in California for an art contest funded by Aquarium of the Pacific.
However, during my academic career, I have received 7 C's and 2 D's. Both D's were in my AP Calculus class.
