Need Some Advice

Okay so I plan on applying ED to Cornell this fall and I was wondering if you guys had any advice about which school I would have the best chance getting into. Sorry if I'm not making this thread in the right place. I know I should just "apply to whichever one best suits me" and all that but my main concern is getting in right now. My sister attends and she says they're flexible once you actually get admitted. Ideally I would like to attend the college of engineering for biomedical or chemical engineering but if I would be much more likely to get in to the CALS I would make that my primary choice and pick a major they offer. So here's a little about me. I'm a white male, I live in NY, currently I'm ranked 10/739 in my high school with an unweighted average of 97.7. SATs are not stellar, 700 math, 710 reading, 720 writing but I've only taken them twice and I'm taking them for my last time in september. SATII's i got 720 on Math II, 750 on bio and 770 on chem. I got 5's on chem and physics and next year i'm taking Calc AB and AP Bio. All my math/science and most of my english and history classes have been honors or AP. I'm captain of the track/ cross country teams and was last year too. I'm in NHS and FBLA and I do a lot of volunteer work for local charity road races and other school events as well as volunteering in the Medical Tent at the ironman every year. I've won some essay contests for national history day and stuff like that but i don't think that will help all that much. I did participate in this project in cooperation with turner construction in which i designed a bridge for a local park with my "design team", that's about the only engineering EC's i have. I know i'm not the perfect candidate but I really want to go to Cornell so any advice anyone has would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
