What is the admission rate for early decision at Washington U?

And also am I better off applying early decision to Washington U or Johns Hopkins? (I know the admission rate for Johns Hopkins ED is around 50%) Currently my GPA is 3.9ish (it may drop to a 3.8 by senior year though) And I hope to get at least 2100 on the SAT's.

According to this link, the 2012 ED acceptance rate was 30.8%, and RD acceptance rate 16.5%

2100 is SAT is a bit low for WashU, about at the 25th percentile.

According to the same link, Johns Hopkins ED rate was 38% for 2012.
