When/Where can letters of recommendation be sent in to Texas A&M Univ.?
I have not completely finished my application via applytexas to TAMU (but I'm close!), however my mentor has already finished and is asking where to send the LOR.
My concern is, is it okay for LORs to be received BEFORE the application is sent?
And where does he send it to?
