What's a good school for social sciences?

I am applying to schools such as, Drexel, University of San Diego, and University of San Francisco.

My GPA is 3.66 UW and 3.8 weighted. My ACT scores weren't that great, 24. I have 2 great teacher recs and 1 counselor rec.

What schools should I apply to and that I have a good chance?

I like schools with a good study abroad program and have a lot foreign language courses.

Any specific languages? Places you want to study?

Drexel does teach some languages, but I wouldn't go there first if that were my main interest.

Almost any school will have a good social science program. What specifically do you want to study?
