I have applied for UCF about 4 or 5 weeks ago and on the myUCF application status it says:

WAITING FOR AN OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
Please request that an official transcript be sent to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, P. O. Box 160111, Orlando, FL 32816-0111.
Please allow 3-7 business days processing time for electronic transcript receipt and up to 14 business days (during peak processing time) for paper transcripts."

Will this affect my admission decision and how do I fix this?

That is referring to your high school transcript. Have you requested your high school to send it? If not, do so. If you have and you did so only very recently then likely they just have not received it yet or have received and have not matched it to your file yet. If you ordered transcript sent more than a few weeks ago then you better check to see if high school actually sent it. They cannot make decision on your admission until they have a transcript.

I've sent in my high school transcript and they have that but that message was for the advanced placement transcript.
