Bates College

Does anyone know what Bates looks for in an applicant? I know they don't require SAT/ACT scores so do they rely mainly on GPA and EC's?
Thanks

Most colleges have these documents called Common Data Sets where they specify what is "very important," "important," and "considered" in their admissions process. Here is Bates: http://www.bates.edu/research/files/...112.bates_.pdf

Scroll down a bit, and you'll see it.
