The college I've been looking at gives a Grade Distribution Report. For the Department I've been looking at, it gives this distribution (A, B, C, D, F percentages):

28.17% 33.91% 24.78% 8.67% 4.46%
Does this means it's a hard major, or what does this tell on?
It just means in that particular sample, 28% of people got A's, 34% got B's, 25% got C's, et cetera. You can't really draw any conclusions from that data alone.
