Registration is simple and easy, and provides full site access.
If they ask you the question answer it correctly-they will look to 9th grade but they don't take it as seriously as if it were jr or senior year. Many kids get into top tier colleges who were suspended. If you don't answer the question it may most likely come back to bite you. Some apps don't ask it many do ask on the counselor and your form. Just write a good letter and make sure responsibility for the act is taken, never make excuses. Talk about what you learned from it . There was a post about this a while back.
