What colleges dont require Calc or PreCalc?

I am planning on majoring in Political Science or Philosophy in college and am not interested in mathematics at all. For me, Statistics is much easier than Calculus, and it is an AP course as well. Can I skip PreCalc and Calc and go straight to Statistics? Which top colleges dont require Calc?

I think you have to take Pre-Calc no matter what. Pre-Calc's easy. Calc is what is really hard.

I can either take PreCalc and then Calc, or Stat. If I took PreCalc and Calc, than I lose an elective.
Essentially, I can take AP World History (which I really like) and AP Stat, or PreCalc and AP Calc.
I dont care how easy PreCalc is, I just dont want use up an elective to take it.
