I hope to transfer to Northwestern University, what do I need to do to be good enough/qualified?

I am currently a University of Minnesota-Twin Cities student, but I want to transfer to Northwestern University. I would like to know what they are looking for in their selection of applicants. For example, what ACT score do I need to have to be the top 25% in the applicants pool? What college GPA is good enough? What kind of extracurricular activities? And how much chance do I have to receive a scholarship as an international student?
P.S. I am hoping to study journalism!
