how to bring up ECs in the college application?

DD is a junior and I don't think DD will be applying to top 20 colleges. Her ECs are just the normal volunteering, coaching, club officials, varsity sport etc...The junior class was asked by the school to list the activities on naviance before end of the school year... I am wondering who is going to bring up the ECs for her application. Is it in her resume ? by the counselor (but those are mainly out of school activities)? I wonder whether it is worth bringing it up....

She is. Most apps have a section for activities.

The activities section is the most common place to put them all. She could also incorporate into her essays and recommenders may incorporate some into their letters of rec.
