How will Bs Effect My Chances?

I have 5 Bs on my transcript going into senior year, 4 in junior year. I'm really worried this will be seen as a downward trend, but all were in AP classes (Chem and Calc) and I am a prospective Theology major. Will colleges see that as me trying STEM and doing fine but not great, or see it as some downward trend. To be clear, the 4 Bs were in two semesters, so I got a B+/B 1st Semester and then B/B+ 2nd Semester.

My high school is super prestigious and I am in the top 10% of my class and top 9% of California students. I got a 5 on Calc and a 4 on Chem if that helps. Thank you!
