List of above-average schools with SCEA, EA, ED, RD

Haven't found it thus far. Any links, etc? Preferably updated considering many schools are changing their policies including that of Harvard's. And by "above-average," maybe top 50, 100 in US News rankings? *Please do not turn this topic into a flaming war*

As far as I know Harvard is the only school that changed its policy this year. If anyone else changes, you'll undoubtedly hear about it on CC.
