Title tells it al... I just would like to know which of the following schools are, or are not, need blind...

This is the kind of information that each school's Web site will contain; take the extra few minutes and get the information yourself and then know it is accurate.
The only ones I know that are not needblind are Hopkins, Wash USL, and Colgate. If you are international, only Williams and NYU are only not needblind.
Be aware that needblind only means that you are ADMITTED without regard to needing financial aid or the amount. It does not meant that you will get 100% of your need. Schools like NYU and CMU, for example do not give 100% of financial aid to most of its students. and some of the non needblind schools have some very lucrative merit awards and packages. They are non needblind to between 5-10% of the tail end of their applicant pool when they start running out of money. It is difficult to get a comprehensive list of need blind schools because a number of schools do not like to comment on their policy.
