To retake or not to retake? (SAT IIs)

My current SAT II scores are:

Chemistry - 760
Physics - 730
Math II - 800

I'm wondering if I should retake Chemistry and Physics for December 1st, because I already signed up for them before I got my November (Chemistry and Physics) scores back. Are these scores good enough for the schools I want to go to?

MIT (EA, November scores)
Stanford
Caltech
Harvard
Carnegie Mellon
UC Berkeley + LA

All of these schools except Harvard only require 2 SAT IIs. Also, if I retake again, will it look bad that I've taken them so many times? I already took Physics before this and got a 690; if I retake again, it'll be my third time. Thanks in advance.

They are great/solid/typical scores for these schools; if you feel you can do better, then retake.
