My Transcripts, etc have NOT been received?

Alright, so I sent in my application for a few colleges a week or so ago, and after checking the application status, I noticed that they haven't received a few parts, such as the transcripts/recommendations.

For Rutgers, they only have the following:
"Documents Received

SAT Scores
Your nonrefundable $60.00 application fee has been received. "

I sent out my transcripts/recommendations on November 30th, and I even made sure it was postmarked by that date, but it still isn't listed?

The same goes for the University of Maryland:
"Recommendation letter from counselor (0 of 1 received)
Recommendation letter from teacher (0 of 1 received)
High School Transcript (0 of 1 received) "
I sent out ALL of that, and had it postmarked on November 30th, yet it isn't listed? I'm starting to get worried now, because I postmarked it in time to make the priority dates, but I just don't know what's going on with this.

For Rutgers, they have the following listed; "Please be patient. It may take up to 10 business days to post receipt of credentials. " It's been around 11 days so far, so what does this mean?

For the University of Maryland, they have "There will be periods of time, especially as due dates approach,
when documents will take several days to process. If you recently
sent an application and/or documents related to your application,
please understand that they may take some time to appear here.
We thank you for your patience." Not sure what that means either.

PLEASE help in any way, and let me know what I need to do to make sure they have been received, or if it might just take a few more days for them to get it. I did postmark it, so they should have gotten in a few days after the 30th, but I'm not sure.

Thanks

relax...the same thing happened to me. I called and was told that the adcoms are swamped with ED applications/decisions about now, so unless yours was an ED app, don't worry. She said they were behind on updating the sites for RD (in fact, I got a letter saying I got into one of my schools with rolling admissions, and the app checker site still says they're missing my transcript!).
