Awards section of the CommonApp

I was just wondering,

what kind of awards do people have because I only have some local school awards. I tried to search for awards I can apply for but I haven't fallen upon anything....any suggestionssssss? [would scholarships fall under awards?]

Don't worry about other people's awards. Colleges know that not everyone wins awards, and that many people aren't very interested in those things.

List any awards/honors you've received. List your AP scores there too, and if you're a National merit semifinalist or AP scholar or commended student, you should be proud of that accomplishment and list that as well.

^ I loved reading that. I am not very good at math or science, so that eliminates many awards I could get. Also, my school does not offer many awards or they are hard to come by in my small town. So, it makes me happy to see that awards are not everything.
