i just wanna confirm...

if when filling out info for requesting info, under the majors thing; if it doesn't show a major (e.g. pre-med) there, does that mean that school doesn't offer that?

Not necessarily. Check your school's website for the majors it offers.

Please note that many, many colleges do not offer "pre-med" as a major. Pre-med consists of 6 or so classes in science and math that medical schools want to see, but is not a major by itself. Pre-meds major in virtually every major there is, from biology to English lit to business to international relations to theater.
