Would lack of EC because I had to work most of the time affect my admission chance?

Please can anyone tell me if have a chance in IVY admission pool or not?
what do I need to improve?-

Our family moved a lot, and I had to work for my parent for at least 25 to 35 hours per week; therefore, I didn't have much time for ECs.

I am currently a resident and lived in the United States for 7 years, and I am Asian.

Location- Mississippi Gulf Coast(4years)- can't find much to do here

GPA-4.0 rank- #2/237
(99.65/100 on our school's number grade system, and no honor courses offered in our school)-Having all As after the first 1/4 term of 12th grade

ACT-28(eng 29, math 30(highest 32), reading 25, science 28)
(I been practicing for months and made over 30 every time, almost 36 on math)

Sat I- didn't do too well and focusing on ACT

Sat IIs- U.S History (waiting on the score), Math II and Physics (December)

AP Courses-(taken every AP classes offered except Government because of scheduling conflict and both AP Physics and Chemistry were disbanded in my junior year because there weren't enough ppl and one of the teacher left)

11th
AP U.S History (4)
12th-(7 AP Classes and one regular)
AP Physics a and b online (teacher left so I am taking it online)
AP Calculus AB and BC
AP Chemistry
AP English and Literature

ECs-

President of our School's Environmental Awareness Club
( planned activities, raised few hundred dollars in a week selling health snacks etc.)

Tutor of Mu Alpha Theta Club
(I tutored math before and after school every week)
-also online math and science tutoring

Member of Mississippi Gulf Coast Youth Leadership group
(career tours, leadership building, and I was also the videographer and organizer in some of our community service projects)

Table Tennis - I play that everyday and tried to create a team in our school , but failed because not many people here like it.

Minor participation activities-(mostly community and school service activities)
Member of National Honor Society
Beta Club
Key Club
Foreign Language Club

done many activities, but won't waste your time reading it since most of them aren't grand.

Awards-

Mississippi Standardized Test Algebra I perfect score
Mississippi Standardized Test U.S. History perfect Score
Mississippi State National History Day Presentation 2nd Place
Mississippi State National History Day Quiz Bowl Tournament 1st Place
Twenty Highest Average Awards
Highest Honor Roll 9th to 11th
Perfect Attendance 9th to 11th

Work Experience-

Chinese Restaurant Cook-8th to 11th ( 25 to 35 hours/week)
Cashier-12th Grade(25 hours)

Rec- already written by my science teacher, she is also my Environmental Club sponsor .
Counselor rec looks good too.

Essay- Wrote three already for Quest Bridge (background, Katrina experience, and passion for physics) and I am going to write another one on either my work experience or being the president of the club and what I did.(any advise?) I am going to get many people to proofread it and use one of the two as my final essay.

#Do I have a chance if I apply to ivy league schools? lower or higher percentage? I know I need to improve my ACT score and I am doing so.

Thank you for your time. I will greatly appreciate if any of you can give me some advise on just anything.

Work counts as an EC, it's fine.

I would advise raising the ACT score though. Most competitive scores are 34-36, so I think you'd better aim for at least 32.

Work is better than an EC sometimes, especially when you have to work to help your family financially.

it's never too late to start/change...and as long as you have a good ACT (32+), you'd be in with a shout
