What if you send in a tuition deposit but not the housing deposit?

I applied to a New York State School and was accepted and sent my intent to enroll form in with the tuition deposit but not the housing deposit (I need on campus housing or I'm not going to college). I thought I could submit it on a later date but I went online to submit it and it said "UB is no longer accepting housing or tuitition deposits." Do you know what the implications of this are? If I don't get housing, I cannot go and they already have my $150 tuition deposit. I'm planning on calling the university tomorrow but does anyone have any input? I am about to freak out.
