How would an upward trend like this look?

Fresh
1st semester
1 C+ english
4 B Russian, algebra I, History, bio
2 A theology, Art
around a 3.35 or so gpa

2nd semester
1 B english
2B+ russian, theo
4A bio, algebra, history, c++
i think a 3.81 gpa

soph
1st semester
3-4 A russian, theology, Adv. Geometry, adv. chemistry
3-4 A+ english, Java, Adv. Geometry, History
(more honors classes)
GPA- 4.2 to 4.3

2nd semester
going to try to push for a 4.3-4.4

Next Year:
AP Honors English
AP Us Hist
Adv Algebra II/Trig
AP Comp Sci
Ap Physics
Rusian III
Theology III

hope for straight A's/4.0+ (can do)

Senior:
British Lit/Irish Lit
AP Euro Hist
AP Calc BC
AP Macro Econ
AP Chem
Russian IV
Theology IV

hope for straight A's/4.0+

school is very difficult private(best in the state)
no honors classes offered (except where I indicated, I have taken all the honors classes offered) in lower grades because of selectivity/strength of program
will my freshman year kill me?

So far, you've gotten a nice upward trend. Keep it up.

I think this depends on where you're applying... an upward trend, of course, looks good but a consistent streak of A's would probably look better.
