shiny and cal, i'm the exact opposite. Princeton has everything, Stanford is missing most everything. But geogrpahically, I'm closer to Princeton.

it is Friday, Nov. 6, 2009. Some 3 weeks from now, we should be hearing from QB's colleges. But Yale has yet to contact me for an interview. All finalists applying to Yale, could you post whether or not Y has contacted you for an interview???????????????????????????????????????

I shall start. NAY, Yale has not contacted me for an interview and I am very disheartened.

I live in a BIGGG NE city. Shouldn't they contact me by now?? If I don't get an interview, is there st wrong with my application? Have I just been outright rejected?

@laestudiante: there is no way you've been outright rejected. I think they're just a little behind on your application or something. Or all of their alumnus are busy right now? Relax!

for princeton financial aid, do we just send the 4-page form back or should we senda copy of our family's w-2's / other tax forms?? esp since if we're accepted dec 1, theyll send us our financial aid package

True that, but I think most Stuy students are pretty smart if they just put some effort into their work. The documentary (Frontrunners?) shows a part of Stuy that few kids care about--we have pretty low voter turnout for the most part.

@laestudiante: I got contacted to do an interview, but they need the report by Tues. and I already have other commitments so I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to interview :/
Also, I checked the status of my CSS Profile and it said that they would send it to ND on the 11th of THIS month, so I guess we don't have to worry about that anymore...

@immortalix: Princeton has only received my CA and supplement, according to the app tracker, nothing else though

i think my teacher sent them the rec really late...but that SSR, i fricking used FOUR stamps...why isn't it there yet?

laestudiante, I did it, they said don't worry, they will receive it before the Dec 7. Just wondering, but why didn't you email them yourself if you were unsure?

I gave my envelopes to my counselor for the SSR and counselor rec back in the beginning of October for Stanford. I guess they're serious when they say the mailing labels will help them immensely.

xctf: I have no's too. I'm just hoping that they haven't processed that stuff yet. I think my guidacne counselor would kill me if I had to re-get that stuff. But I know that I sent everything the Questbridge page said to send, so I'm going to try not to freak out.
