Self reporting APs

So, I didn't do too swell on a couple self-studied AP tests (3s on Physics B & English Language & Composition). Should I report these along with my better AP scores on the common app?

It is really up to you. If you didn't take the classes, then they will not be on your transcript. They won't be looking for self reported classes in these areas. On the other hand, since the classes are not on your transcript, they will know that you took the initiative and self studied for them or just tried your luck. What ever you decide, I don't think it will have much effect on your application one way or the other.
