you realize while 2190 is a good score, it is by no means superb?

With that in mind, GPA is a critical factor.

Top 25% with 1300 SAT get automatic admittance to Tex A&M so do you think I could consider it a match if I am in the top 26%( ya i kno it sucks, I'm 3 ppl out of top 25%).
