How would dropping this class affect admissions?

So This year I'm in AP Gov, AP bio, precalc, Bible, Web Design, creative writing, and I also have a scholarship period. Here's the thing: I'm absolutely miserable in precalculus. My teacher is really mean to me and my counselor or the administration won't do jack about it. She literally hasn't counted some assignments for me just because she doesn't like me, and that's brought my grade down to a D+. I'd have a C if she just counted the assignments, but I doubt that'll happen. My counselor won't do anything, nor will the high ups either. I want to just drop the class, but how will that affect my college applications? I already submitted apps for U of the Pacific and Evergreen State College and I put that I was taking precalc on them. When my school sends a transcript at the end of the semester (school policy), I'm worried what they would say--or even that they would rescind my acceptance if I do get accepted. So 1, does this affect my chances of admission to the places where I already submitted apps and 2, should I drop the class?

Ask you parents to step in. Of course, that will require being very honest with them about what has gone on between you and this teacher. You have nothing to lose by being agressive, assuming that you are in the right, since you are a senior.

You really ought to take math through pre-calc in HS. It's basic.

My dd dropped Calculus, not pre-Calc her senior year after she'd already submitted her college applications. Her feeling, and her counselor concurred, it was probably better to drop the class than to fail it. She'd been trying, was getting tutoring from the teacher, and was struggling. In her case it didn't hurt, she was still accepted by all of her choices (one was Evergreen).
