6 activities only 5 spaces on UW-Seattle Activites Log on the Application

These are my activities:

-Varsity Tennis 4 years (Most Improved Player Of The Year Award 2007)
-Local Tennis Club Junior Player 4 years (1 year high performance)
-Library Volunteer 2 years
-Alpha Program Youth Group 4 years
-Church Volunteer 4 years (I hold a leader position)
-USTA Junior tennis tournament player. (Rank #4 in Challenger division in the Pacific Northwest boys' 18s). 4 years

I have 3 activities that have to deal with tennis (Varsity Tennis, Club Player, USTA player). All of them I have been doing for 4 or more years. But will having 3 similar activities hurt me?

Also I have 2 activities that have to deal with my church (Church Volunteer, Alpha Program Youth Group).

And for my last activity (Library Volunteer) I have only been doing that for 2 years. So which 5 activities should I put onto my activities log?

take out the second one, your achievements in high school and usta matter more than what club you play at

So 2 years volunteering in a library will look better then 4 years playing in a tennis club?

Makes sense because 3 of my 5 activities have to do with tennis.

Anyone else have anything to add?

Leave out #2. It's superfluous.
