Boy oh boy,

Alright, so I'm from Canada and I've already registered for the December SAT's and am wondering a bunch of things. So I'll list them;
1) Should I take three (or 2, depending on where I wish to apply) subject tests on the same day or spread them out?
2) If I take them (subject tests) in January 23rd (this is my final year at highschool), can I still apply for Ivy League colleges like Harvard and Princeton this year?
3) Since in Canada there are no honors or AP courses, what does that mean for my chances at admission?
4) (If I can't apply for colleges this year due to question 2) Should I wait a year, or apply here in Canada? This is my main question, as waiting a year could lead to my getting rusty academically.

Alright so my mind is racing and I can't remember any more of my questions, I'm sure they'll come to me in time though. For now, I would really appreciate any insight into my questions.

Thank you.

Typically, schools do not penalize you for not taking classes that weren't offered at your high school.

Your counselor should just check that you took the hardest curriculum your school offered.

Take your 3 subject tests in one sitting in December. I believe December is the last accepted SAT date for colleges with deadlines in early January. I wouldn't advise that you wait a year to apply, as it could affect your chances of admission. Brush up on a few areas, get those tests and applications done in December, and see what happens.

Ah... Darn. Now I'm in a dilemma. Since you can't take the subject tests and the SAT's on the same date, I cannot do them both in December.

Yes, that is possible. However, I've already signed up for the SATs. Is there any way to cancel them?

Ask the colleges when is the last date you can take the tests. You'll get more accurate info from the colleges involved than from well meaning strangers.
